帶襯板增強的石膏板CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡介
在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。
在纖維增強石膏板上加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標準（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 15283-1）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。
從2013年7月1日年開始，所有進入歐盟市場的石膏板需要符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU，通過測試，獲得認證，并加貼CE標志。
注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執(zhí)行

帶襯板增強的石膏板CE認證－EN 15283-1-涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍：
此歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準規(guī)定可用于建筑工程的帶襯板增強的石膏板的相關(guān)特性和性能，包括用于輔助制造業(yè)。這還包括直接的表面裝飾板或是石膏板。
襯板增強石膏板是根據(jù)其類型，尺寸，厚度和邊緣形狀選用。它可用于干燥里墻，吊頂固定，隔墻，或作為包層結(jié)構(gòu)的柱和梁。其他的可以用在地板、通風和排煙管道，線纜橋架和覆蓋物。
此歐洲標準涵蓋以下產(chǎn)品性能特點：防火性能，水蒸氣滲透性、抗折強度和熱阻。
以下是性能特征與石膏板相關(guān)：抗剪強度，防火性能，耐沖擊，直接空氣隔音，吸音。若需要，試驗應(yīng)根據(jù)相應(yīng)的歐洲試驗方法，在模擬組裝系統(tǒng)條件下進行。
Scope：This European Standard specifies the characteristics and performance of gypsum boards with mat reinforcement intended to be used in building construction works including those intended for secondary manufacturing operations. It includes boards designed to receive either direct surface decoration or gypsum plaster.
Gypsum boards with mat reinforcement are selected for use according to their type, size, thickness and edge profile. The boards can be used for example to provide dry lining finishes to walls, to fixed and suspended ceilings, to partitions, or as cladding to structural columns and beams. Other uses can be for floors, ventilation and smoke extraction ducts, cable trays and sheathing applications.
This European Standard covers the following product performance characteristics: reaction to fire, water vapour permeability, flexural strength, and thermal resistance.
The following performance characteristics are linked to systems assembled with gypsum boards with mat reinforcement: shear strength, fire resistance, impact resistance, direct airborne sound insulation, acousticabsorption. If required, tests should be done according to the corresponding European test methods on assembled systems simulating the end use conditions.。
This European Standard also covers additional technical characteristics that are of importance for the use and acceptance of the product and the reference tests for these characteristics. It provides for the evaluation of conformity of the product to this EN.
This European Standard does not cover gypsum boards with mat reinforcement which have been subject to any secondary manufacturing operations (e.g. insulating composite panels, boards with thin lamination etc.).
Products covered by EN 520 or EN 13815 are excluded.

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準，纖維增強石膏板需符合協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 15283-1
4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 15283-1進行測試評估，歐盟公告機構(gòu)根據(jù)認證體系3進行
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構(gòu)辦法的測試報告和證書
6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構(gòu)編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
