石膏板CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證）－簡(jiǎn)介
在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬?gòu)?qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。
在石膏板上加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 520）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售并打開(kāi)其他國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。
從2013年7月1日年開(kāi)始，所有進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)的石膏板需要符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU，通過(guò)測(cè)試，獲得認(rèn)證，并加貼CE標(biāo)志。
注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

此文檔規(guī)定了適用于建筑工程的石膏板的相關(guān)特征和性能，包括用于輔助制造業(yè)務(wù)以及用來(lái)直接裝飾表面。
Scope：
This document specifies the characteristics and performance of gypsum plasterboards intended to be used in building construction works including those intended for secondary manufacturing operations. It includes boards designed to receive either direct surface decoration or gypsum plaster.
This document covers the following product performance characteristics: reaction to fire, water vapour permeability,flexural strength (breaking load), impact resistance and thermal resistance.
The following performance characteristics are linked to systems assembled with plasterboards: shear strength, fire resistance, impact resistance !,” direct airborne sound insulation and acoustic absorption to be measured according to the corresponding European test methods. If required, tests should be done on assembled systems simulating the end use conditions.
This document covers also additional technical characteristics that are of importance for the use and acceptance of the product by the Construction Industry and the reference tests for these characteristics.
This document does not cover plasterboards, which have been subject to any secondary manufacturing operations(e.g. insulating composite panels, plasterboards with thin lamination, etc.).
石膏板CE認(rèn)證 – EN 520 -認(rèn)證流程：
1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請(qǐng)
2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，石膏板需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，石膏板需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 520
4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 520進(jìn)行測(cè)試評(píng)估，歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)認(rèn)證體系3進(jìn)行
5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書(shū)
6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志
8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售

必做項(xiàng)目，根據(jù)EN13501-1進(jìn)行測(cè)定評(píng)估，分為A,B,C,D,E,F防火等級(jí)，最低要求E級(jí)，
（產(chǎn)品用于防火用途，根據(jù)體系3認(rèn)證）
