實木鑲板和貼面層CE認證-EN 14915（歐盟強制認證）－簡介
在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產品符合歐盟《技術協調與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產品提出的一種強制性要求。
在鑲板和貼面層上加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產品符合建筑產品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關標準（歐洲協調標準EN 14915）規定的安全，環保，衛生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規避貿易技術壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。
從2013年7月1日年開始，所有進入歐盟市場的建筑材料需要符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CPR 305/2011/EU，通過測試，獲得認證，并加貼CE標志。
注：歐盟建筑法規CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執行

實木鑲板和貼面層CE認證-EN 149155-涉及的產品范圍：
此協調標準指定和明確了相關特性、以及確定實心木質鑲板和貼面層產品的適當測試方法：
-內部使用的墻壁和天花板的鑲板；
-外部使用的墻壁和天花板的貼面層。
它提供了產品的符合性評價和要求。
本歐洲標準涵蓋經處理和未經處理的木材，它還包括指接和邊緣膠合制品。
Scope：
This European Standard defines and specifies the relevant characteristics and the appropriate test methods to determine these characteristics for products (including sidings) used in solid wood panelling and cladding for:
- wall and ceiling panelling for internal use;
- wall and ceiling cladding for external uses.
It provides for the evaluation of conformity and the requirements for marking these products.
This European Standard covers treated as well as untreated wood and it covers finger jointed and edge glued products.
實木鑲板和貼面層CE認證-EN 14915－認證流程：
1、確定需要認證的產品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產品指令，鑲板和貼面層需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協調標準，鑲板和貼面層需符合協調標準EN 14915
4、根據CPR指令和協調標準EN 14915進行測試評估，歐盟公告機構根據認證體系1或者體系3進行
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構辦法的測試報告和證書 (如果根據體系1認證需工廠審查)
6、發放產品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售

CE marking to panelling and cladding– EN 14915– Requirement
⊕防火性能Reaction to fire(必做項目)：
根據EN13501-1進行測定評估，防火等級為A,B,C,D,E,F, 一般歐洲要求最低E級
（產品用于防火用途，如果產品使用阻燃劑以提高產品性能，需要根據體系1進行認證，否則根據體系3認證）
⊕其他性能要求（可根據要求選擇）：
- EN 14915 Clause 5.2: Release of Formaldehyde 甲醛釋放，根據EN 717-1標準進行測試
- EN 14915 Clause 5.3: Content of pentachlorophenol 五氯苯酚含量
- EN 14915 Clause 5.4: Water Vapour Permeability 水汽滲透性， 根據EN 12572標準進行測試
- EN 14915 Clause 5.5: Sound Absorption 吸聲性，根據EN ISO 354和EN ISO 11654進行測試
- EN 14915 Clause 5.6: Thermal Resistance 隔熱性；根據EN 12664進行測試
