石膏砌塊CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡介
在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產品符合歐盟《技術協調與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產品提出的一種強制性要求。
在石膏砌塊上加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產品符合建筑產品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關標準（歐洲協調標準EN 12859）規定的安全，環保，衛生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規避貿易技術壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。
從2013年7月1日年開始，所有進入歐盟市場的石膏砌塊需要符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CPR 305/2011/EU，通過測試，獲得認證，并加貼CE標志。
注：歐盟建筑法規CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執行

該歐洲標準規定了用于非承重隔斷或者獨立墻襯和柱子，電梯井，維修井等防火保護設施的帶平整面的石膏砌磚的特性和性能。石膏砌磚不適用于建筑吊頂。
它涵蓋了以下特性的基本要求：- 對火的反應；- 耐火極限； – 直接隔音； – 危險物質的釋放;
Scope：This European Standard specifies the characteristics and performance of gypsum blocks with smooth faces for which the main intended uses are construction of non-load bearing partitions or independent wall linings and the fire protection of columns, lift shafts, shafts for services, etc. Gypsum blocks are not used to build ceilings.
It covers the following performance characteristics re，lated to the essential requirements:
- reaction to fire; – resistance to fire; – direct airborne sound insulation; – release of dangerous substances;

1、確定需要認證的產品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產品指令，石膏砌塊需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協調標準，石膏砌塊需符合協調標準EN 12859
4、根據CPR指令和協調標準EN 12859進行測試評估，歐盟公告機構根據認證體系3進行測試認證（客戶送樣）
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構辦法的測試報告和/或證書
6、發放產品性能聲明DOP(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
